Overview

The Brian Webb Dance Company is a real community player and believes in sharing its resources. Its commission of artistic work in the areas of dance, music, video, design and writing help to keep the Edmonton Arts Community vibrant. As well as providing the Edmonton community with its only full season of contemporary dance, it offers workshops to the local dance community and to the city's youth. In fact, its youth commitment is very strong as each of its presentations includes workshops for them where they are given the opportunity to interact with professional dance artists and to experience dance as a vibrant communication tool. The company truly believes that dance comes from the community for the community.
