Welcome to the Brian Webb Dance Company’s 31st season of contemporary
Canadian dance. It is a pleasure for me to introduce new dances to you by new dance artists and by more familiar choreographers.

Contemporary dance is an adventure. When you attend the six presentations offered this year, you are risking the adventure of the new, the unexpected. Each of the presentations reflects individual ways of experiencing our contemporary society. Each is a clear statement of life itself as expressed through the dancing body.

Contemporary dance, contemporary ideas, contemporary arts and music… it’s all here, waiting for you to enjoy.
